  1. All users of the bike park trails, features, or pump track must wear a helmet.
  2. All users of the bike park lift must have a valid wristband affixed to their wrist and visible to the lift attendant.
  3. Ride only on designated trails and do not ride on roads.
  4. There are associated risks to your bike and person when using the chairlift. Spirit Mountain is not responsible for injury or damage. You assume all risk.
  5. In riding, jumping and using this terrain, you assume the risk of serious injury.
  6. For your safety and the preservation of trails, take note and abide by closed areas, hazard markings and signage.
  7. Pedestrians and other bikers may be encountered at the top and bottom of the lift, as well as on the trails. Always use caution and dismount during times of heavy traffic.
  8. ATV’s, trucks, heavy machinery and maintenance personnel may be encountered at any time. Use caution.
  9. The lift and bike park may close at any time for inclement weather. Seek shelter during lightning storms and other weather. Any observable or detected lightning within a 15 mile radius will place all operations on a weather hold for 30 minutes. Operations will not resume until there has been no lightning within a 15 mile radius for a full 30 minutes. Tickets are non-refundable.
  10. Users are responsible for the condition of their bike. All bikes must be classified as a mountain bike, have working brakes for each wheel, and be less than 50lbs in-order to use the lift. A list of allowable devices can be found here: Allowable Summer Devices

Please Note:  On days when the lift is not running & trails are open; The All-Weather Trail may be used as a two- way trail.  Use caution when ascending & descending The All-Weather Trail on these days. All other trails are directional downhill only trails. On days when the lift is running, the only option to climb is the Puker XC trail, no additional uphill trail usage is permitted as safety is our utmost priority for all guests.

Please Note II:  Trails may open and close at various times during operations due to conditions and/or maintenance. Check the status of the trails via the Trail Status page.

Always follow the “Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code” when riding at Spirit Mountain Bike Park, and please follow any additional posted rules.
