If you are interested in joining our team, please plan to attend our Annual Job Fair, which will be held November 7th and 8th, from 3pm to 7pm each day. Most positions are part-time. Most of our scheduled shifts are on weekends and holidays, and the positions run from mid-December to March or April, depending on the weather.

Guest Services Volunteers
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are, or have been skiers and/or snowboarders, or who have a good understanding of these activities. Most importantly, Guest Service Team candidates should enjoy being with and helping people. We strive to find individuals who want to share their passion for the sport of skiing or riding and a love of Spirit Mountain and the surrounding area.

School Program Volunteer Instructors
We are looking for Volunteer Instructors for our Grade School Ski Program and our After School Ski Program for the 07/08 season. These programs begin in January and run through the end of March. Call (218)624-8516 for more information.

Ski / Snowboard Instructors
We are looking for Instructors with Lots of Enthusiasm, good communication skills, a love for the sport of Skiing/Boarding, committed, and on time. Spirit Mountain Villas - Maintenance Specialist
Year round part time position. Candidate must have basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair skills. Duties include general villa preventative maintenance and minor repair work: installing light fixtures and outlet repair, repairing decks, fixing door locks and handles, installing shelves, repair / replace toilets and sinks, cabinetry and vanities replacement, fix leaky roofs, cutting grass and snow removal. Other duties as necessary. Must work well as a team player. Salary range negotiable, $12.00 to $22.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. To work at Spirit Mountain, you must have two forms of I.D., or a passport, or proof that you can legally work in the United States. We do have some positions open for 14 to 16 year olds with restricted hours as required by law. Some jobs require an age limit of 18 years old. The pay range is $6.15 to $7.00 for most first year employees, with some exceptions. Spirit Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.
