Spirit Mountain's top-to-bottom Terrain Park and Halfpipe are accessed from Big Air Chair and Gandy Chair.  We also have a Progression Park located just above the Chalet as you drive in to the facility.  The job of designing and maintaining the Terrain Park belongs to Spirit Mountain's amazing "Park Crew"!  They groom the Terrain Park nightly from top to bottom with attention to detail on all take-offs, landings, and jibs.  Our parks are constantly changing and evolving as the season progresses, so check back often to see what's "new"!

01/28 STATUS UPDATE:  Our Big Air Terrain Park is now fully OPEN! Our top to bottom rail lines feature the NEW Snow Plaza, the new 100 foot flat bar, and many more ledges, tubes, rails, and boxes changing weekly. Our big jump line is fully open and now includes a smooth 70ft hip. The medium jump line is also fully open. Showtime is open with a two tiered takeoff and is as good as it’s ever been. Our progression park is fully open with one small jump and 5 beginner to intermediate jibs/rails.

01/18 STATUS UPDATE:  Terrain Park Updates: We are currently reworking the 2nd takeoff on the Big Jump. The BIG BERTHA super tube is in! And what was previously known as the Flat-Down-Flat rail is now the Flat-Up-Flat rail.

01/10 STATUS UPDATE:  Unfortunately after much discussion, the Spirit Mountain team has determined that we will not be able to build a halfpipe this season.  Due to the lack of natural snow, the lack of snowmaking temperatures thus far, and the lack of snowmaking opportunities in the near forecast, it just won't be possible at this late date. We understand that this news is disappointing.  We were looking forward to having our signature halfpipe again this year as well.  That is the bad news.  The GOOD news is that we've got two really interesting BIG NEW features that we're putting out there hopefully within the next two weeks; a Super Tube, and a 100-ft. Rail! And we're still working on some other things we'll be doing out there as well in lieu of the halfpipe. So keep an eye out in your park for those and more to come...

01/07 STATUS UPDATE:  Showtime is open! So we now officially have a two-jump Big Line (the first measures 45ft, the second 55ft), Showtime (which has a two tiered take-off, one 55ft with the other 65ft side-by-side), one medium jump, and the Progression Park small jump is open. We also have four features in the main park and six in the Progression Park, including our “feature rail” the S-ledge (in the Progression Park). We still need more snow in order to open up our rail/jib line (skiers right in main park). Looking like it will be a week or two before we see that completed. Watch here for updates...
