I tried the Dynastar Exclusive women's skis at the Jeannie Thoren Demo last weekend and they really changed my skiing. If you are a woman who hasn't been on skis in a while, you really need to try them out. You won't believe how well you can actually ski!

My husband and I hadn't skied in many years, and this past season we brought our 9 and 11 year old daughters up to Spirit Mountain. The girls spent the morning in ski lessons while my husband and I spent time alone together on the slopes. What a nice change that was! Then we all had lunch as a family, looking out over Lake Superior, and took a few afternoon runs together. After a long day on the slopes, we spent a nice evening in Duluth's Canal Park. It is safe to say everyone enjoyed this trip, and we can't wait to come back next winter!

I have been skiing at Spirit Mountain for decades. I grew up in Duluth, and at Spirit Mountain. I have seen it go through many changes over the years, but I have to say I was really impressed with the changes made in the Moosehead Saloon this past winter. Way to go!
