WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Winter:  Warm layers with the outerwear being waterproof. Not only should your pants and jacket be waterproof but your mittens/gloves should be also. You need eye protection with either goggles or sunglasses and we recommend a helmet instead of a hat.  Also one pair of socks is best!  Remember “cotton is rotten” when it comes to dressing warm.  You do not want cotton next to your skin!

Summer:  Layers are still a good idea for Duluth.  Dress for the weather.  We do recommend appropriate footwear for our summer activities.  Helmets are required for Mountain Biking.
